As a growing contracting business, we keep communication close to the work. You deal with a responsive, named point of contact, receive a scope designed around your property and priorities, and see decisions recorded as the project moves forward.
We do not ask you to rely on broad promises. Before work begins, we explain the proposed scope, assumptions, selections, and next steps. During the work, we share progress and raise site conditions or changes that may affect cost or timing before related additional work proceeds.
These describe our working approach. They are not claims about past projects.
Four clear steps from the first conversation to handover.

We arrange an initial consultation or visit your property in Jeddah to understand the space, your priorities, the conditions, and any constraints. The visit is for assessment and discussion; final scope depends on the information available and any specialist review required.
You receive a written proposal covering included work, key assumptions, material selections or allowances, exclusions, and a proposed sequence. We discuss your questions before you approve. Any later change is described and priced for your approval before the related work proceeds.
Once the scope and schedule are agreed, we coordinate trades, procurement, site access, and quality checks. We provide regular progress updates and raise decisions, risks, and potential variations clearly so you stay informed.
We walk through the agreed work with you, record any outstanding snags, and coordinate their closeout. You receive relevant handover information for the completed scope and a clear point of contact for follow-up.
We plan to keep decisions visible: what was agreed, what changed, and what is next.
Included work, exclusions, and allowances are written down before you approve.
Selections are recorded so everyone is working from the same choice.
We walk the agreed work with you, record snags, and coordinate their closeout.
We do not yet have a portfolio of completed projects. This concept shows the kind of layout planning we can coordinate; it is not a completed IBDAA Al-YAQOUT EST. project.

We visit clients at their property across Jeddah to assess the space and discuss next steps. Coastal exposure, heat, humidity, building age, and access all shape how we plan a scope.
Share the property type, location, and the work you are considering. We will help you identify the right next step.
